Industrial Style Dresser

I was out and about running errands last weekend and saw a yard sale sign so I decided to turn my car around and stop on in.  Sooooo glad I did!  This dresser was waiting for me to buy it!  I don't normally buy the Mid Century Modern style ones but I had a vision.  I gave it that Industrial look by painting it a gray called Granite.  Added some numbers.  Distressed it and rubbed a dark glaze over it.  The hardware is original and fits the style of the dresser.  How great would this be in a boys dorm room with a tv sitting on it.    Measures 50 x 18 x 31.   SOLD

Had to keep this one for myself! Great find at a local high school garage sale fundraiser. It's solid pine and I stripped the top, gave it a weathered look with a special solution that I make and rub onto the bare wood. Then I added a stencil and sanded it to make it look old and distressed. Rubbed on some wax and painted the base. It found a place in my living room. LOVE how this turned out!

Cute little dresser with great bones!!  Spruced it up with paint in a neutral color called Sandstone. Gave

it lite distressing.  Would be sooo cute as a changing table in a babies room!!  Left out the two top drawers to use as cubbies.  Measures 50 x 17 3/4 x 31.  SOLD
