My neighbor was getting rid of this antique dresser because one of it's legs broke off!! I rescued it and decided to cut off all of the legs and add paint to top and side with lots of distressing and crackling. The drawer fronts are left in it's natural finish with stenciling. I've stripped the top of this pine pedistal table along with two leaves and painted the base in a color called Weimaraner. The top is in excellent condition, the feet on the base have some age, but that's what gives this piece it's character.The table measures 42" x 31 1/2". Each leaf is 12" wide. I LOVE this table!! It will be a tough one for me to give up! Asking SOLD

Industrial Style Dresser

I was out and about running errands last weekend and saw a yard sale sign so I decided to turn my car around and stop on in.  Sooooo glad I did!  This dresser was waiting for me to buy it!  I don't normally buy the Mid Century Modern style ones but I had a vision.  I gave it that Industrial look by painting it a gray called Granite.  Added some numbers.  Distressed it and rubbed a dark glaze over it.  The hardware is original and fits the style of the dresser.  How great would this be in a boys dorm room with a tv sitting on it.    Measures 50 x 18 x 31.   SOLD
